Frequently Asked Questions

No prior mediation experience is required. The minimum eligibility is a Higher Secondary pass grade. The course is designed for both law students new to mediation and practicing lawyers who want to build client advocacy skills in this area.
You have 1 year from your admission date to complete the course. Beyond this period, re-admission will be required. The course is fully self-paced — there are no fixed class timings or live sessions.
You will receive a joint certificate from Government Law College, Mumbai (Asia's oldest law college) and The PACT and CertJuris. The verifiable certificate is downloadable upon course completion.
Each module concludes with 10–15 MCQs to test conceptual and practical understanding. The final certification test comprises 50 MCQs covering all modules, with a passing criteria of 60% correct answers. The exam is open-book and conducted online.
The special fee of ₹5,900 (inclusive of 18% GST) includes full access to all 7 modules, practical templates (Client Intake Form, Mediation Brief, Settlement Agreement Template), MCQ assessments, legal framework references, and the joint certificate from Government Law College, Mumbai and The PACT.
