Effective mediation starts before the session. It starts with how the case is handled. This course teaches you how to manage mediation cases from intake to closure with clarity, structure, and efficiency.

You will learn to organise disputes systematically, improve coordination and communication between parties and mediators, manage timelines and documentation, and ensure ethical and consistent processes throughout the case lifecycle.

The course is fully online and includes 3 live sessions. It is a Basic-level programme open to anyone with a Higher Secondary pass grade. Assessment is a 100-mark online practical assessment. Students have 3 months from their admission date to complete the course.
